Nosewheel collapsed on Belgian F-16AM

Last monday the nosewheel of a Belgian F-16AM (#FA-83) from Kleine Brogel AB collapsed on the taxiway, in the final turn to the runway.
A U.S. Air Force F-16 fighter accidentally dropped two 10 kg practice warheads at a maritime gunnery range in the North Jeolla Province, South Korea on Wednesday afternoon.
A pilot's failure to follow standard F-16 operations procedures caused an F-16D to crash short of the runway at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev., March 18, Air Force officials announced today.
The pilot of an F-16 block 30 had to eject Tuesday afternoon when he tried to land at the Lamar Airport and realized he wouldn't be able to stop before hitting the end of the runway.

The Burlington International Airport, Vermont, closed their runways on Wednesday after an F-16's landing gear collapsed. The F-16 from the ANG 158th "Green Mountain Boys" FW was returning from a routine exercise at around 17.40h when the accident happened.
Circa 17.00 hours on April 18, 2005 an F-16DJ crashed next to the Ashley River near Charleston, South Carolina. The two crew members ejected safely. Both the main power and backup power failed moments before the crash, the pilot said.
An Air Force pilot was able to safely eject moments before his F-16DJ crashed just short of the runway at Nellis Air Force Base.
On Thursday morning (March 3rd, 2005) at 06.30h a Turkish Air Force F-16D from 4 AJÜ went missing over rugged terrain in the North of Turkey. The two pilots aboard are now confirmed to have been killed in this accident.
An F-16 fighter jet landed safely at the Albuquerque Sunport on Wednesday after reportedly getting into some trouble during take off.
A left brake anti-skid malfunction during landing and the pilot's failure to follow an emergency checklist caused an F-16C Fighting Falcon to leave the runway while deployed July 10, according to an accident investigation board report released Feb. 15.
