The Accident Investigation Board report for F-16C block 25 #84-1273 has been released. The conclusion of the investigation says the cause was due to G-Induced Loss of Consciousness (G-LOC).

Probe blames F-16 pilot for strafing

The Standard-Examiner is reporting that an air force investigation into a strafing incident at the Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR) on April 8 was the fault of the pilot.
US Air Force official have concluded there investigation of the April 2nd accident at Gila Bend Auxiliary Airfield, Arizona. The conclusion of the report says it was pilot error.

RNLAF F-16 damaged at Kandahar

The Dutch Ministry of Defence announced via its website that one if its F-16s sustained damage to its landing gear during a take-off from Kandahar airfield.
The IDF/AF will resume training flights of all but seven of its F-16I fighter jets, following a decision by Commander Maj.-Gen. Elazar Shkedy. The fleet had been grounded in late March after routine inspection detected presence of formaldehyde in three jets.

RJAF F-16 crashes killing pilot

A statement from the Jordanian army said a RJAF F-16 crashed on Sunday during a routine training exercise. The pilot is reported as killed.
Two soldiers in a sport utility vehicle had the scare of their live when an F-16 fighter jet from Hill Air Force Base opened fire on their SUV at the Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR).
A Vermont Air National Guard pilot who took part in a fly-over of the Boston Red Sox baseball team ballpark during opening day ceremonies has been grounded for making an improper maneuver near the park.

F-16D from 61 FS belly lands on runway

An F-16D from the 61st Fighter Squadron slid down the runway with gear up at Gila Bend Auxiliary Field in Arizona on Wednesday morning at 09.10h local time after returning from a training mission.
Air Force Times reports the night time crash on January 15th of F-16C block 30 #87-0347 from the 482nd FW was the result of pilot disorientation according to the accident investigation board.

Inert bomb falls from F-16 on apartments

A dummy bomb fell off an F-16 belonging to the Oklahoma ANG as it departed from Tulsa IAP on a training mission, falling onto an apartment complex, officials said.

Luke F-16C lost over Arizona

An F-16C from 62nd FS based at Luke AFB was lost at 12.17h local time just south of Alamo Lake, about 50 miles northwest of Wickenburg. Sadly the pilot is reported dead.

Taiwanese F-16 crashes into the sea

A Taiwanese (RoCAF) F-16 from Hualien AB in East Taiwan has crashed into the sea after losing contact with air traffic controllers. A SAR operation is underway to find the pilot.
A AMI F-16 crashed into the sea today at 20.00h off the coast of Sicily in between the islands of Levanzo & Marettimo. The pilot ejected, sustaining limited injuries.

AIB release accident report on F-16 crash

Air Force Times have reported on the release of the Accident Investigation Board report on the July 2007 crash of an 13 EFS F-16 block 50 at Balad AB. The conclusion of the investigation blames low tyre pressure for the loss.
