The Israeli BVR Systems (1998) Ltd. today announced a contract valued at $2.7 million for the provision of F-16 MLU Improved Unit Line Trainer (IULT) for an international customer.
Northrop Grumman Corporation has been awarded a $63.9 million contract to provide AN/APG-68(V)9 airborne radars for F-16 Block 52+ aircraft for the Hellenic Air Force.
BAE Systems is being awarded a US$9.33 million contract to provide for the hardware and software upgrade of the AN/ALR56M radar-warning receiver on the Republic of China Air Force (ROCAF) F-16s, the U.S. Department of Defense said Friday.
The Israeli Ministry of Defense has awarded Lockheed Martin an $18 million Foreign Military Funds (FMF) commercial contract to provide a Flight and Systems Trainer (FST) for Israeli F-16I pilot training. This trainer will be used to familiarize Israeli aircrews with the performance of the latest F-16 Block 52 aircraft.
A subsidiary of Raytheon Company has been awarded a $2.1 million contract by the U.S. Air Force to design and develop an interface modification for the existing Triple Ejection Rack (TER-9A) to expand the munitions capability of the F-16 aircraft.
Northrop Grumman Corporation's newest fiber optic gyro inertial navigation system, the LN-260, has been selected by the U.S. Air Force as an avionics upgrade for the F-16 Multinational Fighter Program aircraft fleet.
The U.S. government awarded a $99.7 million contract to Lockheed Martin on December 27 for long-lead tasks related to the production of 30 new Advanced Block 52+ aircraft for Greece.
Elbit Systems Ltd. Reported on Sunday that its subsidiary, Elbit Systems Electro-Optics Elop Ltd. has been selected by the Korean Air Force the South Korean Air Force with its EO/IR long range oblique imagery systems in F-16 aircraft.

Lockheed Martin will present an F-16 cockpit demonstrator during the Fifth International Aviation Festival in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. The show will be officially opened on September 6, 2005.

Lockheed cuts more jobs from its F-16 line

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co. will continue to reduce the number of workers employed in its F-16 Fighting Falcon program. through 2006, the company said Tuesday.
The 100th F-16 wing box, manufactured by Israel Aircraft Industries (IAI) was delivered on August 17, 2005 to Lockheed Martin. IAI's Lahav Division manufactures F-16 wing boxes worth over $100 million.
Silicon Graphics today announced that a high-fidelity Night Vision Goggle (NVG) simulation system has been successfully developed and fielded at Luke AFB, Ariz., a U.S. Air Force Air Education and Training Command facility.
